Buyer checklist for used wall printers.

Wall Printer Exchange is not an inspection, escrow, payment, shipping, or warranty provider. Use this checklist before any purchase decision.

Identity

Seller and ownership

  • Confirm seller name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp, and business details where applicable.
  • Ask for invoice, purchase record, serial number, nameplate, or other ownership documents.
  • Confirm the seller is authorized to sell and that there is no undisclosed lien or ownership dispute.
Condition

Machine and printheads

  • Request recent photos of the full machine, printheads, rails, ink system, control box, software screen, and accessories.
  • Arrange a live video demonstration showing startup, movement, nozzle test, and real printing if possible.
  • Check printhead model, number of heads, nozzle condition, ink flow, replacement history, and print quality evidence.
Package

Accessories and history

  • Confirm rails, extension poles, computer, software, dongle, ink, spare parts, tools, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Ask about production year, purchase year, usage frequency, maintenance, repairs, known defects, and storage condition.
  • Clarify whether the machine is currently working, partly working, or requires repair.
Deal terms

Payment and logistics

  • Clarify packaging, pickup address, dimensions, weight, export documents, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and shipping damage responsibility.
  • Use a written agreement covering condition, included items, price, payment terms, delivery terms, inspection rights, refund terms, and after-sale responsibilities.
  • Avoid full payment before verifying seller identity, machine condition, and transaction terms.
